As a mompreneur of four, I know how you feel. I created this program to cut through all the fitness B.S. and give women what they needed. Simple, straight to the point strength programs that were specific to female needs. There isn't any unnecessary movements that you don't need to look good and feel good. Just the right stuff to keep you feeling amazing and not burnt out, fatigued or in pain.
As a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide women towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
How is the program delivered
You will receive a link to log in to Trainerize, an app that contains your program, meal plans, and communication portal.
What equipment will I need?
You will need access to a variety of dumbbell weights, large and small bands, a barbell and rig, a medicine ball and bench. Other equipment like a kettlebell is optional. In order to get the most out of this program, these items are necessary.
What amount of access will I have to my trainer?
You will have unlimited access to your trainer through the Trainerize app and will receive a response within 24-48 hours. In addition, you receive an in-depth check in monthly. This depends on your needs and how much accountability you require.
Can I jump in at any time?
LIFT WITH LINDSAY is only open for enrollment four times a year because it includes physique cycles that are typically 12 weeks long, as the program has progressive overload and repeating movements. Progressive overload means you’re increasing difficulty/reps/weight/etc week-to-week.
Each cycle includes three phases with a scheduled deload week every four weeks.
How long do training sessions take?
There are four strength sessions per week that take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete including rest times. You have an option to add a moderate-intensity cardio or HIIT session per day as well depending on your recovery and goals.
